Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
Our terms of service ("Terms") cover the use of all of our applications and services on all platforms ("Services"), and are applicable to all users of our Services. When we say, "we," "our," or "us," we’re referring to winio. When we say, "you" or "your," we’re referring to you, your team, company or persons that have registered with us to use winio. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, its Members, its Administrative Users, and its affiliates to the Terms. If you do not have this authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy and keep all your data confidential. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details about how we handle your privacy when using wino. We also have documentation outlining our Security Practices that you may want to check out.
Your data rights and responsibilities
We do not claim ownership of any intellectual property rights to any of the content or material you upload to winio. However, we require that you grant us the rights to transmit, store and copy your data in order to display it to you and your teammates. This includes the ability for your entire team to search, discuss and other actions needed to operate the service. This permission also includes allowing wino to use third-party services such as Amazon AWS in the operation of the service. The rights are extended to these third-party services. You are responsible for your own conduct and the content or material you upload to winio while using the service.
Paid accounts and payments
Billing: We automatically bill you from the date you convert to a Paid Account and periodically until cancellation.
Refunds: You may cancel your account at any time but we do not issue refunds. If you don't pay for your Paid Account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or reduce your storage to free space levels.
Downgrades: Your account will remain in effect until it's cancelled or terminated under these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or end your Services at any time at our discretion and without notice. This includes the right to suspend or terminate your use of winio if you don't comply with these Terms, or if you use the Services in a way that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services or affect others' use of the Services.
Copyright
We respect the intellectual property and require our users to this as well. We will respond to any notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law, and we will take action if needed.
Modifications of this terms
These Terms may be revised from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our website. You agree to be bound by the revised Terms by continuing to use or access the Services after the revisions come into effect.

Please read on to learn how we collect, use and handle your information when you use the services, client software, applications, and websites (“Services” or “winio”) provided by winio. When we say, "you" or "your," we’re referring to you,your team, company or persons that have registered with us to use winio.
Information we collect
Account creation information: Users provide information such as an email.
Team setup information: When a Customer creates a team using the Services, we collect an email address, a team name, domain details (such as team-name.winio.com), user name for the individual setting up the team, and password.
Billing and other information: For Customers that purchase a paid version of the Services, our corporate affiliates and our third party payment processors may collect and store billing address and credit card information on our behalf or we may do this ourselves.
Services usage information: This is information about how you are accessing and using the Services, which may include administrative and support communications with us and information about the teams, people, features, content, and links you interact with, and what third party integrations you use (if any).
Contact information: With your permission, any contact information you.
Log Data: When you use the Services our servers automatically record information, including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web page you visited before using the Services, your browser type and settings, the date and time of your use of the Services, information about your browser configuration and plug-ins, language preferences, and cookie data.
Device information: We may collect information about the device you are using the Services on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you are using and its settings.
Cookies: We use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our services, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. The cookies are used to collect information about when you visit winio, including the information noted above. Most browsers allow you to block and delete cookies. However, if you block our cookies, winio may not work as smoothly as possible.
Third Party Cookies: The use of cookies by third parties is not covered by winio’s privacy policy, as we don’t have access to or control these cookies. Third parties use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to use our Services. We use third-party services to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run and improve our Services.
How do we use the information?
Security
At winio we do our very best to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse. This includes extensive administrative, physical and technical measures to safeguard our customers’ information against any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. The transmission of sensitive information is encrypted using secure socket layer. However, no known method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and therefore we cannot give absolute guarantees for the security of the information you provide. Every user and team using winio expect their data to be secure and confidential. At winio we understand your concerns and the importance of keeping our user’s data private and confidential and we work to make this happens all the time. Hosting and System Security
We have in place strict controls over our employees access to the data you and your users make available in winio services. Only three winio engineers have direct access to the hosting machines and their logins are secured using two form factor authentication. We are committed to ensure that data is not seen by anyone who should not have access to it.
All winio connections are encrypted using HTTPS using state of the art RSA 2048 bytes keys.
